Tisza is a variety that finds its ideal habitat in Mediterranean scrubland, allowing it to fully reach its potential. Tisza is a Hungarian industrial hemp variety, grown mainly for fiber. Seeds and CBD oils can also be obtained from it. The plant is grown in the Mediterranean basin. This dioecious plant reaches a height of 2 - 3.5 metres, with the flowering period falling at the end of August. THC content does not exceed 0.2%. Thanks to this very low content of this cannabinoid, the Tisza variety has been accepted into the European catalogue of official agricultural plant varieties. Cannabidiol (CBD) content is higher, reaching 3 - 6%.
